Loan of Instruments
Information for Tameside Music Service Staff and Parents
- Parents send form with pupil to first lesson.
- Tutors pick instrument up from Denton Festival Hall and take to first lesson.
- Pupil uses instrument for lesson, teacher signs form and hands over instrument and returns form back to Music Service within a week. If no loan agreement has been taken to lesson, instrument can not be handed over to the pupil.
- Tutor to hand reminder form to pupil.
- Tutor keeps instrument and takes it again the following week.
- If an instrument form is not returned to Music Service office. Parents will have to arrange to collect the instrument.
- Continue to deliver tuition but the instrument can not be taken home.
Instruments will be returned to tutor at the end of the contracted lessons.
